Finally we reached the day to cut the ribbon of Econef Orphanage. The inauguration was a great success and we want to thank all of you who have supported and contributed to the project over the years. The local politicians were very impressed and in one month the project will be visited by the presidential Freedom Torch that is touring the country. We will organize a celebration in Stockholm during the fall to show pictures and films from the Inauguration Day. We will get back to you with more information about that.
The children will be moving in to their new home within a month or two. We are just waiting for the biogas plant to be up and running, so that there will be gas to cook food in the kitchen. The children are so much looking forward to this.
